Android App with with Google maps Tracking and monitoring

I required an Adnroid app with the following features:
1. Google maps tracking with specified GPS co-ordinates with a track path for up to 4 hours.
2. Google maps based map monitoring with a start and end destination.
3. Google maps based proximity alarm tracking with supplied co-ordinates.
4. Support for a graphical display for database stored data for up to a week.
