Android App with WhatsApp Floating Assistant

I'm looking for an experienced Android developer to build an app called Guru.
It’s a floating assistant that works over WhatsApp, analyzing received messages in real time and suggesting emotionally balanced replies using AI.

Key features:

Floating bubble (overlay) on WhatsApp

Uses Android Accessibility Service to read incoming messages

Connects to a backend for AI-based analysis and smart reply suggestions

Message blocking feature when drunk or emotionally unstable

Minimalist and intuitive UI

First version is Android-only, WhatsApp-only
