Android App with News Alerts

I am looking for a very simple Android app. I want an alarm notification, similar to a clock alarm, when there is a new post. The posts are already updated and saved in the Firestore cloud database, so you just need to display the post titles that haven't been read. (The Firebase document has a "read" attribute that indicates whether a post has been read.)
When the alarm notification is triggered, we should be able to mark the post as read. Once marked as read, it should be removed from the screen. The app should also be running in the background, similar as Clock app, so only internet connection is needed. If we even close the App the notification should work in case if there is any internet.
The UI should only display the post title and does not need any styling.
I need this as soon as possible.
