Android App with Bluetooth autoconnect (consultance)

I need help with developing my Android App.
The app is a simple music player that should stream audio to a bluetooth device.
I want the app to take away all the bluetooth connection steps from the user.
When started, the app should automatically connect to a specific device, i.e. a device whose name is hardcoded into the app.
For example when the hardcoded name is "Foo", the app should
- enable bluetooth if disabled
- start scanning for devices if "Foo" is not yet connected
- automatically connect to "Foo" when found
- provide the possibility to the user to automatically disconnect from a device that is not "Foo"
- give visual feedback about the connection status

The technology I want to develop with is one of
- C#.NET with dotnet Maui or Xamarin (preferred option because I know C#.NET)
- Java on the Android SDK

It is up to you which one you choose to provide me a solution with, depending on your experience.
Please provide me with steps how to achieve my goal or provide me the coded solution.
