Android App to wake Tablet remotely

For Kiosk-uses I am looking for a Service/Daemon to wake up a Android-Tablet remotely via REST-call. The App needs to run in the background, taking up as little CPU/RAM and Power as possible and simply wake up the tablet and unlock the screen.
