Android App multi-language support

Hi,
I run an image sharing Android app that needs to get multi-language support. Right now it works only in portuguese. This is the app:

Basically we need to adapt the app for a different language, Spanish speaking users. Here is what we need:
1 - Translate app elements (buttons, fixed text) and screens (splash screen) to spanish. All wording translations will be provided.
2 - Display different image categories within the app depending on the users origin/language. So portuguese speaking will see “Bom dia imagens” while spanish speaking will see “Buenos Días imagenes” and so on. The list of categories for spanish will be provided, along with the wordpress feeds for the content.
So again: this is not only about changing the categories name. They also need to point to different sources of content
3 - I might need help setting up multi-language support on Google Play, never done that before.
