Android App for Vehicle Record Management
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I am looking for an experienced Android app developer to create a mobile application for recording and managing daily vehicle load information. This app will be used by approximately 10 users and should be simple, user-friendly, and robust. Below are the detailed requirements:
Core Features:
1. Data Entry Form with 12 Fields
The app should have a form with the following fields:
- Vehicle Number
- Tonnage
- Load From
- Load To
- Rate
- Party Name
- Advance
- Balance
- Driver Contact Number
- Driver Name
- Owner Contact Number
- Owner Name
After submitting the form, a message should be generated based on a syntax that I will provide. This message should be shown on screen and be easily copy-pasteable.
2. Smart Suggestions / Autocomplete Fields
The app should offer auto-suggestions while typing in key fields such as:
- Vehicle Number
- Party Name
- Owner Name
These suggestions will come from respective master lists.
3. View Tab with Filters & Search
- Users should be able to view previously entered records.
- Filters should include Date and Party Name.
- A "search" functionality should be available.
4. Master Lists (Admin Only Access)
These should be viewable and editable only by the admin.
- Master Party List
- Master Vehicle List (mapped to respective owners)
- Master Owner List
5. Export to Excel (.xls)
- Ability to export selected or all records to Excel format for offline use and reporting.
6. Flag an entry or record for issues that can be later referred to be resolved. It should have a note section to add remarks.

- Upload and store vehicle documents such as RC, DL, PAN, etc.
- Automated WhatsApp message dispatch to party and owner after load confirmation.
- Automated payment reminders to parties.
- BI reports, interactive dashboards
Ideal Developer:
- Proven experience in Android app development.
- Familiarity with SQLite/local DB or Firebase for data storage.
- Good UI/UX design sense for simple, clean forms.
- Understanding of user role-based access control.
