Android App for MS SQL Data

I need an android application
1.fetch iemi from ms sql table if iemi exist in which app installed then show login page.
Once loged in logged in till user does not log out.
2. User login from the mobile no. And password after login user will see the message column in which user loged in mobile no exist to praticular logedin user.
3.Fetch user id and password data from ms sql table to login to app.
Authentication app so that if user login from website app ask for authentication we have website which is made on asp.net
The app should have a modern and aesthetically pleasing interface.
