Android App for Networking Testing

Hi, I am posting this small project to develop a new App on Android platform that can perform some basic networking testing (Attach, Download a file, Detach) in cycle manner. The output will be saved in csv file and then uploaded to a server once test is completed. Please find attached high level description document. Thanks
