Android App for Geolocation & PostgreSQL Integration

I am looking for an experienced Android developer to create an app that geolocates objects and interfaces with a PostgreSQL database.

Key requirements:
- Users log in to an existing platform.
- Geofencing: the app must be able to geolocate points.
- Insert some information to accompany the point.
- Attach a photo to the geolocated point.
- PostgreSQL integration: the app must transfer data points to a PostgreSQL database.

User notifications:
- The app must send data to an existing platform when users have geolocated a point.
