Android App for Fertility Charting

I am the owner of a small online fertility charting website. I do all the development of the website and iOS app myself. We have an Android app that is very old and needs to be replaced with something more modern. I have a PHP back end API that the app will use to communicate with the server via POST requests. The responses come from the server in XML which will need to be parsed to display content to the user. I have the graphical assets needed and will handle all server-side work, but need someone that can create the Android app for me.
