Android App - Website

Hello,

Im looking for a simple andriod app that will load a set URL on opening.

The app would need a
- loading screen for a few seconds
- set URL opens after loading screen, fullscreen of the app
- when a user presses back on phone the app needs to ask if you are sure and then exit if yes is selected.
- App Icon

Loading image, app icon and URL will be given once confirmed.

Full functioning APK needs to be issued.
