Android App WebView issues.

We have a web view app that is ready. But the app is unable to display google forms in the app this is the first thing that needs to be fixed maybe javascript enabling will solve.
Also clicking some of the links in the menus in the web view page is opening the page in chrome out of the app. I need all the links to be opened within the app and not to go outside the app.
I actually expect the app to behave the same as the mobile chrome browser. But everything to be opened within the app with all forms
