Android App + Vendor Portal + Admin Portal + Website

We are interested in creating a simple marketplace system (similar to swiggy/zomato) for a healthcare domain.

We are starting with simple functionalities (2-3 modules) and will add up more modules each month depending upon the cleanliness of work (total around 10 modules)

PS: We got the app delivered earlier by a developer but he had to abandon the work due to personal reasons, we do have an apk file, if you can edit that, that would be great, else you can create from scratch.

Please note, the timeline for this project is 15-17 days, beyond that we will not be able to accept.
