Android App to Track Deliver persons with Firebase

I am looking for an experienced Android app developer to create an app that will track deliver persons.
*** Please only bid if you have done previously a delivery person tracking app, you must provide a working APK demo ***
- Real-time tracking of multiple delivery persons, send delivery to Firebase or similar GCP service.
- Get directions link with Waze / Google maps.
- Mark delivery as completed.
- Delivery history in the app.
The app should be a standalone app and current BE developer will do any APIs needed.
