Android App SDK Upgrade from 28 to 33

I'm looking for a Freelancer to help me upgrade the Android App SDK from version 28 to 33. The current SDK is running on Android 28, and the desired version is Android 33. The app is already developed, so that will be taken into account during the upgrade process. Knowledge of both the old and new versions of Android SDK is essential,as well as understanding the functions of my existing app. Timeliness and accuracy are essential, so I can start using the new version as soon as possible.

Full source code is going to be given and freelancer is going to upgrade necessary libaries and sdk. There will be no new function or design code. Only important thing
is to all functions and app should run with new sdk.

Milestone are going to be relased after full test of apk and all source codes are delivered and app can be succesfully built by us.
