Android App Reskin, Testing & Publishing

I'm looking for a skilled professional to assist with reskinning my Android app, implementing a closed testing phase, updating the privacy policy, integrating my AdMob account, and publishing the app.

Reskinning Requirements:
- Change of colors and a few buttons
- Unlock new colors and skins

Elements to be Reskinned:
- Background
- Buttons
- Text

Additional Features:
- Incorporate a social media share button
