Android App to Read NFC Cards

I need a professional who can develop a very simple Mobile App with primary purpose of effectively reading Cards with NFC chips.
The App scans Cards via NFC, read the info and verifies the information read from the card via an API and then display results. That is all.
ONLY Experienced developer on this is needed as i need this done in just 2 days.
