Android App: Mobile App Developer Needed to Build App Similar to Existing Application
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
Job Description:
I am looking for a skilled mobile application developer to build a mobile app similar to the Auto Ride Accepter app linked above. The purpose of the app is to automate and assist drivers in accepting ride requests efficiently, with a clean and simple user experience.
The developer must carefully review the reference app and recreate its core functionality, workflow, and logic, while ensuring the new app is stable, secure, and scalable. Minor UI/UX improvements are welcome but the core concept must remain the same.
Scope of Work:
Build a mobile application similar to the reference app
Android app (APK) is mandatory (iOS optional / future scope)
Replicate key features and automation behavior
Simple and driver-friendly UI
Backend integration (if required)
App testing, bug fixing, and optimization
Final delivery of APK and complete source code
Key Features (Expected):
Ride request detection & auto-accept logic
App permissions and background processing
Simple dashboard/settings
Reliable performance without crashes
Secure handling of user data
You are free to choose Kotlin or Java, but the code has to be clean, well-commented, and ready for handoff. I’ll also need:
• An installable APK for testing
• Full source code in a Git repo
• Short setup notes so another developer can run the project in Android Studio
Once the two key modules (payments and GPS) are stable, we can discuss polishing extras such as push notifications and basic analytics, but they are not part of this first milestone. Let me know your preferred tech stack, any similar apps you’ve shipped, and an estimated timeline for delivery of a functional prototype.
