Android App UI Improvements

I have an existing Android app and need some modifications.

Essential tasks:
- Implement a meatball menu following a specific design I have in mind
- Smooth out the seekbar functionality
- Integrate audio-to-text functionality from pre-written code
- Make some minor changes to the app
