Android App Development with Product Review Feature

Looking for someone to build an android app of our website. We have an AI tools directory created on Wordpress., where user can read/post reviews about various AI tools, nothing more.
The user must be able to login/register with Google since the website already has this option.
I don't want only a webview app since Google Play will reject my app, so you must think of something.
I will provide all design, icons needed, and will publish the app myself. I will receive all the source code at the end of the project.
