Android App Development with ASP.NET Integration

I'm looking for an experienced Android developer who can create an application that connects to my ASP.NET website.

The app will serve the following functions:
- Displaying a six-digit random number associated with a logged-in user
- Sending an SMS to a specified mobile number
- Sending the same random number via WhatsApp

Key requirements:
- The app should use built-in services for SMS and WhatsApp messaging
- The application must be able to interact with an MS SQL database
