I’m ready to move forward with a brand-new Android application and need an experienced developer to take it from concept to a polished APK on the Play Store. At this stage the focus is exclusively on Android—iOS can wait until a later phase—so strong command of Android Studio, Kotlin or Java, and the usual Google Play compliance steps are essential.
I will supply the core idea, wireframes, and any brand assets; you will turn them into a clean, responsive UI, integrate the required APIs, handle local data storage or a lightweight backend if needed, and deliver both the signed release build and full source code.
