Android App Development on Maths. Where as Admin I can create MCQ questions, upload reference videos, and students can bookmark questions.

I am looking for an Android app developer to create an educational app focused on Maths. The app will have the following features:

Admin Panel:
- Ability to create and manage multiple-choice questions (MCQ)
- Ability to upload reference videos for students

Design and Layout:
- Although I do not have a specific design in mind, I have a general idea of how I want the app to look and feel. I am open to suggestions and would like the developer to provide their input on the design.

Target Audience:
- The target audience for this application is elementary school students, high school students, and college students.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Experience in Android app development
- Strong knowledge of Java and Android Studio
- Familiarity with creating and managing MCQ questions
