Android App Development -- 2

I'm looking for an experienced mobile app developer to create an Android application.

Ideal skills and experience:
- Proficiency in Java/Kotlin
- Experience with Android SDK and Android Studio
- Strong UI/UX design skills
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs
- Experience with Firebase or similar backend services
- Ability to integrate third-party libraries and APIs
- Knowledge of Google Play Store submission process
