Android App Development

Looking for an android app developer for a simple application where as admin I should be able to add content (images) form the backend. The app will have categories such as greeting card, thank you, anniversary etc.
- Each category will have content (images) in the form of cards that can be liked, downloaded and shared.
- App should also contain Banner Ads and Interstitial Ads.
- Signup/Login function (optional and not mandatory for users)
