Android App Developer for UVC Camera Conversion

I have a native Android app built in Kotlin, it has the camera function already implemented, I want to transfer the camera feed to the computer, basically the Android phone should act as a webcam. I want an Android developer to implement the webcam part. There is already an Android app called DroidCam(https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.dev47apps.droidcam&hl=en&gl=US) which already does this, but it transfers the feed over the network or wifi, I want to transfer the video over USB.
