Android App Developer Needed – Build 3D Property Scanning MVP
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
We are building a startup, a mobile-first real estate tech platform that enables property owners and brokers to create immersive 3D virtual tours using just their Android smartphones.
We are looking for an experienced Android developer to help us build the first MVP version of the app focused on:
Scanning physical properties using the phone’s camera
Capturing a walkthrough of the home
Uploading images to our cloud backend (REST API ready)
Displaying scan progress and basic tour preview UI
Key Deliverables:
Android (Kotlin or Java) mobile app
Guided scanning UI (like Polycam or Matterport mobile version)
Use of camera APIs and/or ARCore for room mapping (photogrammetry preferred)
Image upload to backend API (we provide documentation)
Functional UI with 3–4 screens (mockups will be shared)
Generate a shareable tour link after upload (can be a placeholder initially)
Ideal Skills:
3+ years in Android native development
Experience working with camera APIs, ARCore, or 3D scanning
Familiarity with REST API integration
(Bonus) Past work on AR, mapping, real estate apps, or photogrammetry
Ability to iterate quickly and share progress via GitHub or test builds
Timeline & Budget:
Estimated duration: 4–6 weeks
Budget range: ₹20,000 – ₹50,000 INR (based on experience and proposal detail)
