Android App Creation from iOS Blueprint

I'm looking for an expert Android app developer to build an app based on an existing one I have for iOS, built with Swift. I am able to provide the source code for the iOS version to facilitate the development process.

The Android version should have the following features:
- Voice recognition, including the ability to compare and evaluate voice data
- A sales function

What I don't require at this moment is in-app purchases or user authentication. As the project evolves however, there may be the need to include additional functionalities.

As you work on this project, I'd like you to consider the overall UX and UI of the app, ensuring the Android version matches the feel of the iOS one while utilizing the Android platform's capabilities to full potential.

Ideal skills and experience:
- Proven experience in Android app development
- Solid background in working with voice recognition technology
- Exposure to cross-platform app development would be a plus
- Superb attention to detail in UX and UI design.
