Android App Built on Slim Framework Issues

I have an android app built on slim framework that have issues that needs fixing. It appears the app isn't logging in and the app is downloadable via .apk and is not on play store. We use the app internally to coordinate and disperse jobs to our drivers. Just let me know what your charge is even if its higher than budget.
