Android App Bug Fixes and Updates

My Android app has a few issues that need immediate attention.
Key Requirements:
- Bug Fixes: The recording function is currently non-operational and needs to be repaired. Specific error messages have been encountered, but no logs or screenshots are available.
- API Update: The app needs to be updated to the Android 15 (API level 35). I do not anticipate any compatibility issues with current app features.
- Content Update: Some of the memory text within the app needs updating.
The ideal freelancer for this project should have:
