Android App: Adjust Push Notifications

My Android app is almost complete but needs some adjustments with the push notifications and the app icon behavior.

Key Requirements:
- Adjust the push notification sending
- Ensure the app icon is properly triggered

When the notification icon is activated, it should open the app.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficient in Android app development
- Experience with push notification implementation
- Can troubleshoot and fix app behavior issues

Your expertise in these areas will help finalize the app for launch. Looking forward to your proposal.
