Android App API Discovery with Wireshark

I'm looking for an expert who can use Wireshark to capture all network traffic from an Android app. The goal is to understand the data flow of the app. It is our app however we lost the source code and we need to retreive the api calls for secuirty purposes.

Key Requirements:
- Expertise in Wireshark or similar.
- Experience with Android network traffic
- No need for source code access
- Ability to provide detailed analysis of captured data
