I need an Android app designed to monitor and secure smartphones sold on installment.

The admin should be able to lock the customer’s device remotely.
When locked, the phone should only show a customized screen with Zaryan Corporation’s warning message and payment due info.
User cannot bypass the lock by rebooting, safe mode, or app killing.
2. GPS Tracking
The app should track the real-time GPS location of the device.
Location data should be accessible via an admin panel or linked web dashboard.
3. App Access Control
The admin should be able to:
View the list of installed apps.
Disable or restrict access to certain apps (e.g., social media or Play Store).
Lock or hide device settings.
4. Uninstallation Protection
The app must not be uninstallable by:
Long press → uninstall.
