Android APP to be upgraded and set up to date

I am looking for an Android and iOS developer to upgrade and bring my current apps up to date.
Android APP is not currently showing for latest version of Android or phones at the Store.
I need to update the APP to the latest Android or Google Requirements, my apps are non-ads and free.

Ideal skills and experience for this job include:
- Strong knowledge of Android development and iOS
- Experience in app UI redesign
- Ability to fix bugs and implement new features
- Understanding of different Android and iOS versions and compatibility
- Timely and efficient project delivery
-Deliver in a acceptable time.

We would like to have the selected developer to be always 'my' developer to maintain my APPs, also to be addressed for friends of mine to create new, maintain etc for them

A plus will be that also could work and have experience in Roku Direct Publishing and SDK already converted from DP, and AppleTV
