Android APP for management application of electronic components

No Xamarin, Flutter, Android Studio, Jasonette, ... XCode, Kotlin, Objective C, Swift,... or other tools.
None of these!

For a new APP to be written using ONLY B4A tool (Basic4Android), I'm looking for a mobile developer.
Using the web-services already available in the management application, the APP must allow the user to view and search for data as well as upload/delete files

It's alse required to display the notification text/image (like image in attachment) retrived by a webservice.
Login is needed and an initial splash-screen is appreciated.
The "graphic quality" of the template is essential and must be approved before start of coding task.
Pay attention to the "security" of informations read and written.

Previous experiences on B4A is mandatory.
