Android APP Restoration to Play Store

We have an OTT APP and same was published to play store and was working fine for a year, but suddenly on october google terminated the developer account stating that violation of multiple developer policy violation and distribution agreement. We tried to appeal for restoration but failed. So we are seeking expert advice to help get the app restored to play store urgently.
