Android APP and IOS app

I am looking for a developer to create an Android and IOS app for my productivity needs. I have a clear idea of what I want the app to do and am in need of assistance with design. The primary function of the app is to increase productivity. The level of user interactivity should be basic with minimal user input.
I just need the apk and for IOS, the Chat Gbt api integrated.
