Android APK Development with WebView Integration

I'm looking to create a simple Android APK that utilizes WebView to open a specific link: https://www.jalwawin7.com/#/register?invitationCode=22785236429.

Key Features:
- Upon app launch, a pre-recorded voice message plays: “Your hacking software is activated. Please deposit ₹500 to start.” This is followed by a pop-up with the same message.
- A fixed UI overlays the WebView, displaying “Hack Active”, a timer, and a prediction (BIG ? or SMALL ?) that updates every 60 seconds.
- A “Join Telegram” button that redirects to my Telegram group.
- The app should have a clean, professional look to mimic a genuine hacking tool.

Important Notes:
- No backend is required — all logic is visual.
- The final deliverable should be an installable APK.

Design Style: The app's design will mirror the linked website as it is primarily a WebView app.
