Android AND iOS media app for creating and sharing short videos

I am looking for a skilled developer to create an Android and iOS media app for creating and sharing short videos.
I have already purchase source code from code canyon. customise and upload on server
The app should have the following features:
- Video editing tools: Users should be able to edit their videos within the app, adding filters, text, and other effects.
- Social sharing capabilities: Users should be able to easily share their videos on popular social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter.
- Live streaming capabilities: It would be ideal if the app could also support live streaming, allowing users to broadcast their videos in real-time.
In terms of design preferences, I am open to suggestions. I do not have a clear vision in mind, so I am looking for someone who can provide creative input and come up with a visually appealing design for the app.
As for API integration, it is possible that we may need to integrate the app with existing APIs. However, this is not yet confirmed and will depend on further discussions and requirements.
