Andriod studio webview code edit

Hello, I have a webview app but it doesn't allow upload or download. It is on Andriod studio and supports latest Andriod X platform till 33 api

I need to update the code so i can upload documents/photos/videos e.t.c on the website that the webview is showing, also so i can download from it.
