Andriod + Windows Mobile CE 6.5 App - Scan to Print Duplicate Bardcode

Hello,
I need an android app for a mobile scanner to scan a barcode and print in code 128 format.

Android System:
Android v9
Scanner Model: C61 Chainway
Printer: Brother Ruggedjet RJ-4230B via Bluetooth
ZPL II Language w/ P-Touch

Windows System:
Windows Mobile 6.5
Scanner Model: Intermec CK3x & CK3a
Printer: Brother Ruggedjet RJ-4230B via Bluetooth
ZPL II Language w/ P-Touch

Requirements:
Able to change label sizes
Able to adjust the number of copies
Barcode code 128
Human Readable Text
Time Stamp on Label
Function: To scan an existing barcode and duplicate it via printer
