AffectPlace, fix android app, and iphone app creation

1) AffectPlace, is a native android app for people's relationship that needs to be repaired because it can't find people in the search for near distance and country level, because it doesn't seem to be connected with database, make the app self-updatable for new ones versions, put in the search people search system customizable mkt letter) advertisement, be able to update the PUB (initial record) of the android app type name and age.
