Advanced Multi-Branch Restaurant Management System
Budget: €500 – €800 EUR
A comprehensive restaurant management system. This system should include a a distance-based delivery service, online ordering and support for multiple branches. Key features will include:
- A robust coupon and custom offer system
- Integration with Visma Pay payment gateway and some others to be discussed later on which are available in finland, like klarna and etc.
- A website and both Android and iOS applications
- A kitchen interface that allows for timing on order preparation, should print KOT after accepting the order,
- Pre-ordering capabilities
- A bonus points system for placing orders
- Fully secure authentication systems
- An exceptional UI design
- An advanced 3D "make your own dish" feature with animations (can be made in the future)
- Real-time order tracking
- A system for the restaurant's own delivery fleet, where restaurant can assign their in house fleet manually and the order and customer details are assigned to the driver and he can locate the customer's address and then mark it as delivered, even customers can track him realtime
- Multiple branches and each branch would have separate settings, menu inshort whole new system
-English and Finnish Language support and easily switchable, at each step the admin should enter both content in english and finnish of the settings, menu, description and so on
-Each branch should have their own radius set for delivery zone, customers in their app should be able to pin point their exact address and use google api to see the distance and also check whether the customer add is in zone of delivery set by the branch or not, additionally also check from the street address entered by the customer while placing the order (demo would be shown later)
-Lunch hours categories should be time based and would be disabled after the time is passed, admin can set day wise lunch hour menu.
-Each food item should have option to add ons additional products, food variations, spice level, all of these should be dynamic and admin can create any kind of options for food. ( demo would be shown later)
-should be able to send push notifications to users
-future scope for Counter POS, self checkout POS using sunmi POS devices and this is not needed now

The ideal freelancer for this project should have extensive experience in developing complex, multi-platform systems, particularly for the food and beverage industry. A strong background in UI/UX design is essential, as is experience with secure authentication systems and payment gateway integration.
Please note, this project will involve a number of additional features to be discussed at a later stage. Your ability to understand and implement these requirements will be key to the project's success.
