I'm seeking a developer to create an Android IPTV player that's compatible with HLS, m3u8, and ts formats. The app should also support all versions of Xtream Codes, specifically Xui one 1.5.5 & 1.5.12.

Key Needs:

- The main functionality of this app is live streaming.
