Address sorting app for drivers

I need an app that would go on a tablet in the takeaway shops and would be able to scan every address of a different receipt’s from different companies like uber, just eat, Deliveroo and after scanning would sort the addresses in the way that goes together like same area and every address goes in an order. The app should be capable of sending the orders or addresses to a drivers phone after selecting on tablet which I selected drivers name and on drivers phone would show them directions to each delivery in a row. And after they’re done with that address should show on the tablet what drivers done what deliveries. Everyone should have they own account and password witch should be created by the main admin. I still have ideas to be added or changed so anyone interested in building me this app I will talk privately and explain everything from A to Z as this is a serious request thank you
