Add a tile layer based on mbtiles to the Android project.

We have an app, we need to add a custom layer in it, which is equivalent to adding our data on an empty map (without any text labels). The data source is in geojson format. We need to convert it to mbtiles to make a mobile application similar to AutoNavi Maps. The bottom layer and boundary of the map exist, and we need to integrate our own text data (poi name, road name, etc.) into the map.
