Add paid download button to existing video IOS and Android app in flutter

I have existing apps in IOS and Android.
I want to add a paid download button to the existing VOD app.
The download button currently works on the web site. It just needs integrating into the apps. The apps are complete and on the google play store and once this functionality is complete will be available on the apple store.
The works required are:
Ui addition in existing app,
1.Adding new download button
2. iOS and Android ready app to deploy on store
3. Link download button to completed Browser payment and paypal/ visa acceptance code that is operational on the browser.
4. Show paid download.
