Add features to Flutter App

I would like to add a couple features to the app, as follows.
1 - When adding a new listing through the app, you can enter tags at the bottom,
but when adding new listing through the website backend there is no section for tags,
I would like to be able to add tags from website admin panel.
I would also like to be able to search by these tags in the search section of the app.
2 - In listings, when a detail is not entered "phone 2 or facebook link" I want it to be hidden in the app if not entered. eg, If I don't enter a facebook URL, it shouldn't show facebook in the app.
3 - Featured Listings - I would like to add featured listings to each sub-category, to be shown at the top of the subcategory.
I would like to add it into the admin panel "Featured Listings" where I can schedule each featured listing for a start and end date.
