Add existing APP files back into Apple Apps Store and Android Store

I have the files from a prior app development service "Drop Source". They stop hosting the files and since our App has dropped out of the App Store. I'm looking for someone to take these files, re-host them somewhere else and then add them back into the app stores for Apple and Android
